Tripod Table
England. George II period, c. 1750
Mahogany wood; casters under feet leather
H68.6 x W63.5 x D50.2 cm (27 x 25 x 19 3/4 in.)
The rectangular top has a moulded edge and rests on four curved supports attached to a central column with turned round boss. The column is turned with a spiral twist knop and tripod cabriole legs with scroll feet and leather casters.
