I was inspired by botany and geology, in which the processes of development are more free and uncontrolled. I could use this detachment for myself to work more freely. In the series "Synthesis"  Brueck was interested in alienating the natural through the artificial. This renewed approach to the genre of landscape is now more strongly nourished by a desire for a conceptually freer design. Color filters or color elements that lie in the digital texture of the image provide the code; they are no longer committed to the real relation to the world of objects.
