A lidded pot, model no. 49, with the ‘Volop’ decoration, designed by T.A.C. Colenbrander and painted by Roelof Sterken. Moulded from white-firing clay with enamel paints. The only surviving example from the original set of four, donated to the Arnhem Provincial Government Building in 1924. Marked with the manufacturer’s stamp and motif name, model number, year letter and the painter’s monogram in brushwork.
