Glass, 20th-century Decorative Art, Highlights

description

The design for this iconic work of glass art, executed in 1902, originates from none other than Koloman Moser. The famous painter, graphic artist and craftsman displayed an incredible imagination and inventiveness. The decoration of this monumental vase is undoubtedly one of the most important decorations of the Bohemian glassworks. The rarely executed and remarkable form captivates with its three drop-shaped feet on a cylindrical, slightly wavy vase body with a straight outer lip.
