Japanese paintings and painters' ceramics by dead artists from far away

Oranda Jin, "The Dutchman," began its journey with Japanese prints in 1987 but transitioned to Japanese paintings after a few years. Later, during our exploration in Japan, we discovered the existence of painter's ceramics, ceramics created and/or decorated by painters. It turned out to be an uncharted medium for artists. In addition to paintings, we have made this painter's ceramics, along with painted fans, albums, and drawings, our niche.

For the general public, our artists (from the 17th to the 20th century) may be unknown, but in Japan, they are renowned. It's similar to Bossche Bollen, which are famous in Den Bosch.
