A superb quality Queen Anne (1700-1710) walnut double domed bureau bookcase. Carefuly choosen well figured veneers, retaining a beautiful colour and patina. The upper part with a fully fitted interior, drawers, pigeon holes, folio divisions, an arched cupboard with another three small drawers. Closed by domed, bevelled mirrored doors. The lower part, also with fitted interior, secret drawers, a well. The fall with book rest. Below the fall two short drawers over two long graduated drawers. The whole is veneered and feather banded.
