Long 16 cm, wide 11 cm, high, 7 and heavy 912 grams.

Sirih boxes were used to store Sirih, pinang and lime.
The leaf of the betel tree (sirih) along with the areka nut (pinang) and lime (kapur) were put in the mouth for chewing.
Chewing sirih provided a mild stimulant effect.
The box has different compartments on the inside for storing the different spices.
